Lindvall A & D is one of the winning studios chosen to create new residential properties as part of Lund Municipality's future Brunnshög district. The project involves the development of 28 unique terraced houses within the newly planned area, set out over five plots and divided between four teams. Team A, consisting of Lindvall A & D, Elding Oscarson, Johannes Norlander Architecture and John Robert Nilsson Architecture, will be responsible for two plots (D and E) with a total of 11 houses.

Situated in the northeastern part of Lund, within close proximity to the MAX IV and ESS research centres, the new region will accommodate up to 40,000 people. Construction is due to start beginning of 2019.
