Villa A was originally an “egnahemhus” dating back to 1910. In the sixties, a 75 m2 rectangular volume was added, converting it into a semi-detached property. Planning regulations restricted changes or additions to the façade, apart from the custom-designed front door. The interior plan, however, was changed to create a more open plan.
