Jonas Lindvall

Saltimporten Canteen is a lunch restaurant seating up to approximately 90 people, located in a 160 m2 unit on the ground level dockside of Saltimporten’s main building. Long, dark stained oak tables and benches sit amid a minimal backdrop of white ceramic tiled and rendered concrete walls with rough metal design details, reflecting both the building's industrial past and the restaurant's pared down daily menu. All the furniture was designed specifically for the project by Lindvall A & D.
